We Are Back For The 2022/2023 Scout Year!
Welcome to the Cub Scouts of Pack 377 in Belmont, MA. We are a very active pack with fun for everyone! The cub scouts serve boys and girls in grade 1 through 5 from Belmont and surrounding towns.
The Pack is divided into Dens for each age group. Boys and girls are organized in separate dens but do the same activities.

Upcoming Pack Events
Our Google Calendar is always updated with the latest Pack-wide meetings and events. All Cub Scouts attend the Pack Meetings. and generally, siblings are welcome too.
Additionally, each "Den" (kids of a single age group) meet additionally once or twice monthly to work on activities. The Den Meeting aren't shown on the Calendar. Contact your Den Leader for more information.

Annual Kick-off Event
We encourage you to attend our town-wide annual kick-off event on Sunday, September 10, 2023, 2Pm to 4PM at a Belmont field to be announced. We will have the location in mid-August 2023. Open to all. Signing up for the pack is not required to participate in this event.
You will be able to learn more about cub scouting and get sign-up instructions if you wish to do so.
The fun is in creating a "rocket" out of an empty 2-liter soda bottle (we supply all items),
After creating your rocket move to the "fueling truck"
After fueling, move to the launch area.
Most important step. Have FUN!

Addressing Covid-19
Covid-19 has had a drastic effect on all aspects of our lives. BSA Scouts has developed plans to keep scouting safe and instructs packs and troops on best practices to continue delivering a quality program. Safety of our children and parents in the program is taken very seriously. For instance, large gatherings will be held outdoors, small gathering will require face masks, hand sanitizer and washing of hands. Any consideration to best protect ourselves while keeping the program active will be carefully considered. Requirements are evolving and will adapt as this "new normal" changes our lives. New Cub Scouts and Families
Our pack is open to all families. We are restarting our season in early September 2022 with a bunch of exciting events; siblings welcome too!

Annual Kick-off Event
We encourage you to attend our town-wide annual kick-off event on Sunday, September 10, 2023, 2Pm to 4PM at a Belmont field to be determined. Signing up for the pack in NOT necessary to join in the fun. Just stop by.
You will be able to learn more about cub scouting and get sign-up instructions.
Your (aspiring) cub scout will create a "rocket" out of an empty 2-liter soda bottle, and launch it in the air using water and air pressure.
Open to all Belmont children in grades 1-5 and their siblings whether or not they are part of the pack. Just join in the fun. All rocket making materials will be supplied.
